Integrated logistics and product support are essential for maintaining and supporting systems throughout their lifecycle. AXIAH provides comprehensive logistics planning, product support, and supply chain management services to ensure that systems remain operational and efficient. Integrated Logistics & Product Support ensures that complex systems can be effectively supported, sustained and adapted throughout their lifecycle. AXIAH aligns its approach with the principles set out in Defence Standard 00 600, which requires that Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) is applied to all MOD related product procurement and across every phase of the CADMID/T lifecycle, ensuring support considerations inform design, operation, upgrades and disposal. Our work helps organisations define proportionate support strategies that reflect real operational usage, evolving requirements and system complexity.

We support the development and tailoring of key supportability engineering elements such as maintenance planning, technical documentation, training, supply support and human factors integration. AXIAH aligns these activities with the Defence Logistics Framework (DLF), which is the current MOD authority for logistics policy and support chain processes, ensuring that support planning remains consistent with modern through life support practices and governance expectations.

AXIAH conducts and reviews supportability analysis to help organisations understand how system design, reliability, maintainability and usage patterns influence through life performance and cost. Def Stan 00 600 emphasises that support solutions must be capable of adapting to design upgrades, operational changes, legislative requirements and technology insertions, and our approach assists customers in maintaining support arrangements that remain aligned with evolving capability needs. This enables early identification of support risks and strengthens the quality of support planning decisions.

We also help create and review essential logistics artefacts such as Integrated Logistic Support Plans (ILSPs), supportability analysis outputs, maintenance concepts, training needs assessments, supply support elements and technical publications/manuals, ensuring that documentation is structured, accurate and aligned with recognised Defence documentation expectations. We incorporate the principles of evidence based decision making, supply chain expertise and through life management to ensure that support solutions remain realistic, sustainable and performance focused.
